Mitel integration via CloudLink
Pridis has replaced the Mitel OIG (Open Integration Gateway) integration with CloudLink. CloudLink is a cloud-based API application development and integration platform that extends your Mitel telephony, collaboration, and contact center applications with cloud services. Via this Connecsy CloudLink integration, Pridis offers a future proof presence integration with the Mitel platform.
Manual Presence text
Presence has always been a key feature of Connecsy, enabling attendants to see a user's current availability and status. For organizations using Microsoft Teams, users have been able to automatically update their status based on activity, and now they can also set a manual presence state along with a custom informational message, such as “Working on a deadline.”
We have enhanced our presence indicators to display these Teams custom status messages directly within Connecsy. This gives attendants even more context, helping them decide the best time to transfer a call or send a chat.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Connecsy offers an operator solution to help visually impaired operators to handle customer calls with ease without limitations. Next to braille, operators can use keyboard shortcuts to handle most common operations. Pridis has optimized these shortcuts for braille usage to give a more efficient operation.
MS Dynamics CRM import
Operators using Connecsy rely heavily on the contact database to efficiently handle and transfer calls. With the built-in lookup function based on the contact database, Connecsy can show the name of the caller so the operator can easily recognize the caller.
With our new MS Dynamics CRM import, external contacts can be added to the Connecsy database next to the internal contacts. Particularly useful for business centers, office services, or other applications where the operator needs to know which customer is calling.
